Our Story
Vendor Booking UK is an event booking platform which helps brings together Vendors and Venues for pop-ups, activities, workshops, and more. We take the hassle and time out of prospecting, significantly reducing admin time and helping to create unique experiences for small traders with all sorts of Venues throughout the UK! We work with offices, fairs, retirement villages, gyms, leisure centres and much more... anywhere there are people, a pop-up event can happen!
Vendor Booking UK Ltd was born out of the experiences Chris and Kara had whilst attending a host of different events with their handbag stall, Bagsie That 1. The most commonly asked question they received from front of house staff whilst visiting corporate offices was if they knew other Vendors who would also like to visit for an event, and similarly other Vendors they met along the way would ask how they managed to visit so many offices. This gave the jumping off point to bring VBUK into the world! Arran joined the team full time in late 2019 and together we have continued to grow and organise thousands of events... more than 8000 since events resumed post-Covid lockdowns!
The way it works is simple: Vendors and Venues have a Listing page which contains pictures and a description about them. This shows the Vendor's products / services and stall set up, and for the Venues it shows useful information like average building footfall, parking & table availability; like a virtual shop window! This information helps Vendors and Venues make an informed decision as to whether they would like to make a booking Request (Vendors) or Offer a booking slot (Venues) to attend an event. We then sort all the rest out for you: any specific requirements, documentation, we pass you all the information so you can make your way to the event if you're a Vendor and so on. We've tried to cover every eventuality and will go the extra mile to ensure both Vendor and Venue are happy for their event to go ahead!
Since 2019 we've helped to revolutionise the way pop-up events are organised and are continuously innovating to make your experiences smoother, more efficient and more engaging for Vendors and Venues alike. We are like your personal assistant, taking the fiddly admin away so you can focus on what's important to you: selling your products and services if you're a Vendor, and providing fantastic and unique experiences for your clients if you're a Venue!
